We are so pleased Katie will be one of our new Patrons for 2018/19. Katie is an acomplished performer and will help shape how we teach some classes to ensure everything we do for our students is relevant and useful. This support is invaluable for Performing Arts and Musical Theatre Schools like Showtime.
Katie, a former Showtime teacher, now has many TV, Film and Theatre credits. Currently performing in the West End production of Les Miserables, Katie has also appeared in Chiffon in the Menier Chocolate Factory’s award-winning production of Little Shop of Horrors (which transferred to Duke of York’s Theatre), Helen in Fat Pig directed by Neil LaBute (Comedy Theatre), Bridget Baines in A Chorus of Disapproval (UK tour), Sylvia in Stepping Out (UK tour), Big Sue in Taboo (Brixton Clubhouse), Blow-Jo in Wag! The Musical (Charing Cross Theatre), Wicked (UK tour), Sweeney Todd (ENO), How to Succeed in Business (Royal Festival Hall), Hattie in Kiss Me, Kate (Opera North), Mary in Sunset Boulavard (ENO), Bumblescratch (Adelphi) and, Keely in Pete ‘n’ Keely (Tristan Bates Theatre).
